I don't own Bella, or Edward, or the song. Stephenie owns the first two, Taylor owns the last one.

Should've Said No

Flashback:

"Edward!" I screamed when I saw him on top of a petite vampire brunette. "Do you remember what happed a week ago? This is how you thank me?!" I was as mad as I would ever get. "I never thought you were the kind of guy who you get engaged and then turn around and have sex with another girl."

Then I walked out.

"No Bella! Wait!" Edward yelled. "It-it-it isn't what you think Bella!"

"Oh please," I turned around. "Don't give me the most cliché line in the world! We are done Edward." My eyes burned from the tears I held back.

"Please Bella, I'm sorry." He begged.

End Flashback

Now I was in my room. Crying and destroying everything that I had the reminded me of Edward.

I came upon the picture of him I had and screamed. It hurt so much to look at him. Grabbing a pair of scissors, I sat down and started cutting the paper into tiny pieces.

"Bella," I heard a voice whisper.

I tuned to my window and saw him.

"What!?" I snarled.

"Please Bella listen to me. She was a girl I used to love when I was human!" He shouted.

All I heard was love. "You told me that you never loved before. First you cheat on me, now I find out that you lied to me too!?"

"No Bella please! Give me another chance! She was there and she was a vampire and so beautiful. I just let go!" Edward stopped as though he knew he said something wrong.

"Okay," I said my voice calm and happy. "I understand. I mean, she so beautiful." I spat the word out. "And I'm just plain Bella."

"No" He whispered.

"Don't lie to me! You never loved me. You played with me. Now your game is done." I screamed. "You said yes. Okay! You get that?! You can't take back your actions." I turned around. "Leave."

"Bella please!" He begged.

The I started singing.

"It's strange to think the songs we used to sing
The smiles, the flowers, everything: is gone
Yesterday I found out about you
Even now just looking at you: feels wrong
You say that you'd take it all back, given one chance
It was a moment of weakness and you said yes..."

"Well Edward? Does this story sound familiar?" I asked.

"Bella, please, one chance!" He begged.

"Listen to the song and you'll understand.

You should've said no, you should've gone home
You should've thought twice before you let it all go
You should've know that word, bout what you did with her
Would get back to me...
And I should've been there, in the back of your mind
I shouldn't be asking myself why
You shouldn't be begging for forgiveness at my feet...
You should've said no, baby and you might still have me

You can see that I've been crying
And baby you know all the right things: to say
But do you honestly expect me to believe
We could ever be the same...
You say that the past is the past, you need one chance
It was a moment of weakness and you said yes..."

"Bella," He begged again.

"I can't resist... before you go, tell me this
Was it worth it...
Was she worth this..."

I sang the last part and closed my eyes.

"Bella please." He begged again.

"Damnit Edward. Just leave!" I shouted.

"No." He yelled back.

"I hate you Edward Anthony Masen Cullen! I HATE you!" I screamed.

Edward just froze there. "Bella," He whispered.

"You heard the song, you heard my words. Go back to your girlfriend." I muttered and walked out of my room.

A/N: So how was it?? I love that song soooo much!!
