"How'd it go" Don asked as the team walked back into the office, the atmosphere was low. He knew that whatever happened wasn't good.

"He shot himself" Colby replied after getting tired of the silence "I'm sorry, I know you thought you get through to him"

Don just stared blankly, he had worked so many cases, lost so many people, yet this boy, he thought he could relate too. Grew up in the shadow of a genius. "What's done is done, you tried your hardest, that's all I can ask for", Don knew his team had tried, he knew if they could have saved him they would. "Go home guys, take the night off, you deserve it", slowly the team packed away and one by one left the room until only Don was standing there alone.

All those years of work, all those years. How many lives had he actually saved? And how many had he taken? All he could think about was how he tried, how he failed, when suddenly his phone rang, "Epps"

"Hey it's me", Don was relieved as he heard Robins voice on the other end, "heard about that boy, I'm sorry, I'm heading to your place now ill see you soon"

Don walked to his car and set of driving home along the streets of LA, Finally he reached his block and before he knew it he was in his apartment. "Hello" said the soft voice that he had waited for his whole day

"Hi" he said as he fell on the couch, lying his head on Robins lap and closing his eyes, he felt her soft lips on his and a little smile cracked on his face. He played there for a while just looking into his fiancee's eyes, looking track of time.

"Maybe you should go see that shrink again, this job, it's hurting you, you need someone to talk to"

"I can talk to you"

"Be my guest"

"Being a hero isn't all its made up to be..." and he talked and she listened until his phone started to ring.

He looked at the phone expecting it to be Colby or lizz but this number wasn't one he'd seen before, just eleven ones so he answer, "hello?" He asked

"You have 24 hours, to find who I am and where I am, go."
