Two Times the Loyalty
The animals of the zodiac were supposed to be loyal to their gods. Dogs were supposed to be loyal to their loved ones.
Shigure was supposed to love her twice as much – so how could he go and sleep with her mother?! Her blood boiled just at the thought; there was already glass about her, digging into her body and her yukata as she stalked the room like a rabid beast. Shigure – they were all, but ones like Shigure and the little rat Yuki – were supposed to love her the most; love her, and her alone.
So how could he sleep with her mother?!
Akito was the God; it was alright for her to want, demand, the love of them all. If she wanted Kureno, she would have him. If she wanted Shigure, she would have him. But the animals weren't like that; they were supposed to love her eternally: her, and only her.
Shigure shouldn't have even been able to betray her like that, let alone do it.
