Hey! This is a new fic that I had written. Its a crossover between Harry Potter, CardCaptor Sakura, and Shaman King. Even if you haven't read/watched CardCaptor Sakura or Shaman King, I'll try to make it as clear cut as possible so it's not too dependant on previous knowledge of the manga/anime.
This is my first crossover fic! Because it spans three series, I put it in the Anime crossover section because it crosses over with two manga series. Please treat this fic kindly, it's an experiment that I am determined to perfect and enjoy writing.
Harry Potter. An extraordinary sixteen-year-old, abnormal beyond even wizarding standards. Half-blood, Parseltounge, the Chosen One, the Boy Who Lived, Savior.
Hermione Granger. A giften sixteen-year-old, your ordinary bookworm. Muggle-born, Harry's best friend, confidant, and source of all knowledge for Harry.
Ron Weasley. A daring sixteen-year-old, your ordinary wizard struggling to make his place in the world. Pureblood, Harry's best friend, confidant, and fellow Quidditch fanatic.
This is the Golden Trio of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
First, before I begin my tale, let us first trace the pureblood lineage of Harry Potter.
Many years ago, there lived a great wizard named Merlin.
Surely you know Merlin, the man who helped Arthur claim his kingdom.
One of Merlin's decendants was a pair of twins, Eriol and Alanna Reed.
Eriol Reed, an extraordinary wizard, married an Asian sorceress by the name of Li Kawen. Their son became the greatest sorceror of the day, Clow Reed.
However the Potter line does not come from Clow and Eriol.
Alanna Reed married a wizard named Hadrian Potter, a lord, later king, of Britian. Several generations later, James Potter married Muggle-born Lily Evans, one of his fellow classmates at Hogwarts.
A year after Harry was born, both James and Lily died, leaving their son in the care of Vernon and Petunia Dursley.
The rest, dear reader, is well known history.
