One True Love

A/N: This fic was written for both the Twister Challenge and the Fanfic Dominos Game Challenge. My goal was to write humour for the Twister Challenge and a Sirius/Sirius pairing for the Dominos Game. Reviews would be greatly appreciated if you enjoy! Xx

SUMMARY: Sirius tries to get himself ready for a night out. Sirius/Sirius

It had been a long day for one Sirius Black, and all he wanted to do was find a girl (or guy, he wasn't fussy) that could appreciate his dashing good looks like he did.

Why was his day so long? He was forced to spend it with the entire Weasley family, most of whom didn't appreciate him the way he should be appreciated. Sure, the little Weasley liked his looks, but she wasn't old enough and Sirius really didn't want to get in that much trouble. Sure, he didn't feel the same, but he never did.

Even Harry's friend, the Granger girl, was too young. She definitely saw him as more than just Harry's godfather, but Sirius certainly didn't want to hurt his relationship with his godson. Plus, he knew Granger was inexperienced, and she wouldn't be able to worship him the way he deserved to be worshipped!

So, instead of moping or brushing his hair for the millionth time this evening, he had decided to go out. But being that it was already 8pm, he knew he wouldn't be leaving the house until at least 11pm. His appearance took time and effort, and even if no-one else cherished his perfect looks, he would.

Sirius undressed and stood in front of his bedroom mirror for just the perfect amount of time. In his opinion, half an hour wasn't long enough to worship his perfect body, but it had to suffice for this evening. He turned on his bath taps to the perfect temperature and admired himself in the floor-to-ceiling mirror as his bath filled.

Switching the taps off, he gazed wistfully at his body in the mirror before sliding himself into the near scalding water and relaxing.

The water lapping at his perfection, Sirius began to think about his night ahead. Although he wanted someone else to worship his body, he didn't think there was anyone alive that was up to the task. No-one could love his body, and himself, the way that he did. No-one could possibly hold that much admiration and love for him; except himself.

As the water started to cool around him, Sirius realised that he truly didn't need to go and seek company tonight when he did indeed have the perfect company all the time. He needed no-one else when he had himself to worship.

Forgoing his towel, he stepped out of his bath and walked through his room, making his way to the large kitchen, large droplets of water trailing behind him. He was going to make his one true love an amazing meal.

And who was his one true love, you may ask? Sirius Black, the most perfect human being –wizard or Muggle—was truly the only one who could worship himself the way a perfect specimen should be worshipped. Therefore, Sirius was his own true love.
