As the huge tail crashed into the car beside him, Peter Parkers mind was a
blur, how had he got himself into this mess and how was he going to get out
of it?
Of course he knew the answer to both of these questions and both answers involved a certain radioactive spider that bit him at OsCorp Enterprises on that eventful school field trip. But there was no time for reminiscing now as he was fighting for his life against the man the public had dubbed The Scorpion.
No matter how much Peter hit this walking behemoth he always kept coming back for more. Peter was beginning to tire, and the Scorpion knew it. He started hurling girders, cars, whatever he could get his hands on at the web slinger, but the young super hero avoided all of them except for one fire hydrant which the Scorpion had tore from the sidewalk. Water sprayed everywhere as this epic battle unfolded on the streets of New York , just outside the Daily Bugle building.
"Why is no one taking photos of this!" screams J Jonah Jameson from the window of the Daily Bugle, "Where the hell is that kid Parker".
