My Version of the Money Shot

Disclaimer: I don't own the Simpsons. If I did, this story wouldn't exist, but instead would take place on the big screen.

Marge had gone back to the church to see if the reverend had remembered any of the message.

"Oh, hi there Reverend. I was just wondering. Did you get any of Grampa's message?"

Lovejoy looked surprised at first, but his expression quickly changed back to serious.

"Yes, follow me."

He led her down the hall over to the back of the church where he pressed a button on the back wall. Instantly, a secret door opened. Lovejoy went inside, explaining as he went.

"This is my secret camera room. Here are various shots of the inside of the church. I go here every Sunday after church to make sure everyone was listening to my sermon."

"And If they weren't?" she asked.

"I let them off with a warning the following Sunday. Anyways..."

He grabbed a tape that was on a nearby table and put it into the vhs player. Next, he turned on the tv with a remote.

"...Here's the money shot."

Marge studied the message carefully. She took out her notepad.

"Hmm, a twisted tail..." She paused the tape as she wrote it down.

"Are you sure he doesn't mean 'tale' as in a type of story?"

"Hmm, you're right. They sound the same," she said. She wrote down: a twisted tail/tale

After listening to more of the tape, she had written down: 'a thousand eyes' and 'trapped forever!' But Marge still couldn't figure out what EPA! meant.

"Reverend, do you know what 'EEPAH!' means?"

"Well it all depends how it's spelled." He took out a notebook and started to find different spellings for it. He wrote down 'EEPA' 'EEPAH' 'EPAH' and 'EPA'. "I'm pretty sure the first three are gorilla yells..."

"Maybe he had another dream about gorillas?" Marge offered.

"Probably. But what about the fourth spelling? E.P.A. could stand for Environmental Protection Agency, (couldn't be them), or Evil Penpal Association."

"Um, right," said Marge, dismissing the thought. "It probably was a dream about gorillas."

Later, Marge was walking down the street, looking at her notepad.

A twisted tail/tale, what could that mean?

She put down her notepad as she saw Homer walking towards her. And he was carrying something.

"Marge, look what I got!" Homer said, holding the pig up.

She gasped as she saw the pig's twisted tail. "Homer! Get rid of that pig!"

And that's how I imagine the money shot. :) Please tell me what you think.
