she's tired of the chains
He was oblivious. Oblivious to her; her feelings, her beauty, her caring. Every day it's the same. He takes her for granite, all the time. She needs someone better. She's sick of him-she tells me that. She hates what he does to her, he doesn't care.
She gives you clues,
your clueless
tell me,
why do you do this?
I don't understand why KC does this. I mean, she gives him subtle hints, and he just stands there looking blank, looking past her, at the other girls who walk by.
So bored,
she's out the door.
It'll never be the same
When she left him, she came to me. She ran into my arms crying her eyes out.
"Clare, clare, clare! Shh. What's wrong?"
"I-I broke u-u-up with KC! H-he cheated on me! With J-Jenna!"
She was stuttering and trying to catch her breath. I knew it. He was scum. He didn't realize what he would be missing if he messed up their relationship.
I know you feel invincible,
but you're breaking down tonight
"Clare! I NEED you! Now! Please! It won't ever, ever happen again. Jenna-Jenna's not the same. Please? I love you! You can't turn away like this!"
Those words brought Clare's beautiful blue eyes to tears as she held the phone to her ear.
"Screw you KC." She said, and then hung up.
