A poem I had written but had no time to publish. So here it is! I hope you like!
It was just like that I cheated death my hands tingled and it felt like my eyes bled.
My chest tighten I didn't mean to cheat,
But I never knew I could defeat.
My two hearts beat in sync, I don't know how but I'm on my feet.
My hands stretched out wide, I knew I could never hide
My death was on its way,
Like Santa on his sleigh
I felt pain ripple through me knowing that it would destroy me.
My eyes rolled back to my brain I knew nothing could stay the same.
I cheated death I don't know why,
But should I be thankful that I survived?
