Rosalie looked down, this time she was the one that was ashamed, "Edward," she repeated, "I still love you."

I couldn't believe my ears. Did she really say that she loved Edward? And what did she mean by still? Emmett was staring blankly at Rosalie. I never knew that such a blank expression could hurt me so much. "Bella," she said, "I'm sorry for doing this to you." I looked up at her, shocked. Was she really apologizing to me? I glanced over at Emmett, Wow, just look at Emmett, I bet if he could, he would probably be crying. Hearing that your wife loves somebody else is painful, no matter how big or strong somebody may look. I just hope Edward doesn't feel the same way about her.
I looked around to find everybody staring at me. They were probably waiting for a reaction to let them know how I felt. I turned around and faced Edward, "Edward, what did she mean when she said she still loves you?" "Bella," he said, "Rosalie and I used to…" he paused, "Bella, Rosalie and I used to be together." My eyes widened and I grabbed my chest. It felt as though somebody yanked out my heart. Alice came over and held me. Emmett was sitting with his face in his hands, silently sobbing. Rosalie walked over and sat next to Emmett, hugging his huge back. "Yes, Edward and I were together a long time ago. It was before I met you, Emmett. He and I broke up because we were having a few problems and he had to leave and think about some things for a while. He left me heart broken, and then one day he returned. When he came back to see me I had met Emmett. I was both furious and happy. He understood that Emmett and I were married and that he couldn't do anything about it, so we both decided never to mention it again. But what he didn't know, and I didn't realize until know, was that, secretly, I still had feelings for him," she finished. I sat there and took in what she had said. Edward stared at his knees and didn't say anything. Finally, I spoke, "Edward, do you still have feelings for her?" He nodded. I sat there bewildered. Rosalie smiled and came over to Edward and gave him a passionate kiss. To my surprise, Edward returned the kiss. Then I saw everybody else smiling at them. As soon as they broke apart, I ran over to Edward and began to hit his perfect chest and yell, "EDWARD! HOW COULD YOU? HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME?" Then, he said the impossible, "sorry Bella, I don't love you anymore." I sobbed, "No, Edward you can't say that. Please don't say that." I collapsed on the floor and then, everything went black.
