Artic: Okay this is a side story for my warriors story Untitled
Jay walked to school in the same clothes as yesterday and holding his lunch in a paper bagShe walks to school with the lunch
she packed
Nobody knows what she's holding back;
Wearing the
same dress she wore yesterday,
She hides the bruises with linen
and lace
Oh
Jay's teacher looked at the marks on Jay's arms but she continued walking
Teacher wonders but she doesn't
ask,
It's hard to see the pain behind the mask;
Bearing the
burden of a secret storm,
Sometimes she wishes she was never
born;
Jay stood on the play ground his
silver hair whipped around his face
rough the wind and the rain,
She
stands hard as a stone in a world that she can't rise above;
But
her dreams give her wings and she flies to the place where she's
loved.
Jay sat by himself all the time
until he met B.P. a kind boy Jay's age
Concrete Angel
Jay
stood in his room looking at B.P through his window they had become
friends right away
Somebody cries in the middle of
the night,
The neighbors hear but they turn out the lights;
A
fragile soul caught in the hands of fate,
When morning comes it
will be too late.
Jay screamed as his
mother stabbed him he wondered why no one was helping him his last
words were sad words "Mommy I still love you."
Through the wind and the rain,
She stands hard as a stone in a world that she can't rise above;
But her dreams give her wings and she flies to the place where
she's loved.
B.P glanced at Jay's
tombstone with tears in his eyes before turning and walking through
the people towards Jay who was waiting for him
Concrete Angel
Jay's
mother was thrown in jail for life in her mind are words that will
forever haunt her "Mommy I still love
you."
A statue stands in a shaded place,
An angel girl with an upturned face;
Her name is written on a
polished rock,
A broken heart that the world forgot.
Jay's
story will always be remembered and when people think about him they
think about a sweet little boy who never got to live a happy without
being tortured.
Through the wind and the rain,
She stands hard as a stone in a world that she can't rise above;
But her dreams give her wings and she flies to the place where
she's loved.
Jay's last words to B.P
were happy childish words "B.P am I still your best friend?"
Concrete Angel
Jay's tombstone had a small inscription on it that read
Jay Feather
2002-2009
"A sweet child who will always be remembered as our little concrete angel."
