Hopelessness of the future.
The gun still clenched in his fist.
His eyes wide shut.
Open forever, shut forever.
Gone.
Death.
Pain.
Her fault, all of it.
Lies of another. Of another lover.
Picture of death mind-consuming.
Memories, flooding her mind.
Logan. Dead.
Picture of life unimaginable.
Lost, and gone forever.
Never said goodbye.
