A Blink in Time
"Do you always come out here after it rains?" Kyle leaned against his boyfriend's muscular shoulder, staring lazily out into the fog that surrounded them.
"Whenever I can get out of the house without my mom noticing," Eric replied, "I didn't want to share this place with anyone."
"Why's that?"
Eric only gave a gentle smirk; "You'll see in a minute. Be patient, Jewboy."
Kyle flipped him off, and gazed up at the sky where Eric's eyes were centered; a gap between two of South Park's tallest mountains, where the sun was just barely visible and shining through it. As the expensive watch on Kyle's wrist ticked to nine o'clock, he heard a faint, mechanical buzzing sound.
"Watch," Eric whispered, his eyes alive with excitement. Kyle watched, and as Eric's surprise came into view his jaw dropped.
Four old fighter planes, obviously World War II-era-or-older, appeared in the pass between the mountains. They were there, and yet they weren't, as Kyle could see the sky through them. They were only slightly so, but see-through all the same.
A second later, the planes vanished along with the sound. Speechless, Kyle turned to his boyfriend, eyes and jaw gaping.
"That happens every time it rains?"

Author's Note: Well, this is actually the beginning/a preview for a 201 themes challenge I'm starting. My topic is EricXKyle. This theme gets a longer drabble just because the theme itself was too damn challenging for it to be short. I still don't know what a blink in time is, so that's just my guess. Enjoy! And CC is welcome.
