Forever and a day

As I hold you in my arms

I felt I just have to say

Can't you stay a little longer

Maybe for forever and a day?

I feel you slipping away from me

Into the cold unknown

I wrap my arms around you tighter

Trying not to let you go

Forever and a day is all I need
