Not so long ago, in a land that's on T.V,
There was a young boy named Ash.
He wanted to be the greatest there is and, frankly acted a little rash.
He got a Pikachu, it tried to kill him. Y'know, that shock really didn't thrill him.
He got attacked by some birds, and fell into a river.
He stole a bike from a girl named Misty, and then met Brock, whose hair is frizzy.
They all wound up finding some weird egg...That's how they got Togepi.
(Chorus)
Oh my, my this here Togepi guy.
He might look very tiny, but man can he cry!
He hatched from his egg and said to Misty, "Hello!"
Rumor has it he'll evolve to Houho...
He just might evolve to Houho...
Do you know that this little egg, isn't even old enough to bathe [itself.]
He can't attack, he just sits there, looking cute and turning pale, every time
somebody eats scrambled eggs...
Oh, do you see him talking to Misty, though she can't understand him it's plain to see,
that they both really love each other so.
Well, we know what Dexter said, oh-no!
He doesn't like Ash, or Brock or,
even Meowth, so they set up a battle to see who gets him.
He just sat there as everyone fought over him, Meowth vs. Onix and even then,
he didn't care who won that fight, he just went to Misty.
They started singing,

Now those morons at the WB, refuse to show new eps with Togepi,
So that made this author really mad.
But he still watches diligently, for a brand new ep with our Togepi.
And he's found out that new ones will come this fall,
So he continues to write fics like this, to keep his hopes up until Sept. sixth through
November Twenty six.
So he can start seeing more, of that little egg that sits on the floor,
and he won't have to bang his head on a door.
As he waits, for more Togepi.

When last we saw Ash and his crew, they were off after a Tentacruel,
or maybe some other pokémon.
They've all worked hard to reach their goals, but we just might not know
if Ash will ever go to the Pokémon League.
But in the end, we know he'll make it.
He'll stomp out Gary and then just might get,
his butt kicked by A.J. again.
His rank just might be croakin
His title might be broken.
But none of this will ever faze,
that cute little egg by Misty's legs.
He'll just sit there smiling, and keep on trilling,
"Togeprii!!"
Misty'll be singing...
