Kili Is Afraid Of Spiders And Is Having A Nightmare, Tauriel And Fili Comfort Him.

"Webbing. Warm, suffocating, sticky webbing. That's all he could feel, was webbing.
Thoughts rushed his mind "Fili! Where is Fili?!" He tried to yell, to call for his brother, but the words couldn't escape. Fear had caught his voice had caught in his throat only letting short yells out. Kili writhed as he could hear hissing beneath him "Damn spiders!" He thought to himself as he tried to think of how to free himself and find his brother, then suddenly he was falling. He would've screamed if his throat wasn't in his stomach.
Kili hit the ground with a soft "THWUMP" and a grunt, around him he could feel movement and hear the muffled grunts of the company. Kili quickly found his knife as best he could and cut through the webs determined to find his brother, just then he heard a scream from a voice he would recognize anywhere "KILI, WHERE ARE YOU?" Fili! "I'm here Fili! Over here!" He shouted back as the elder brother ran to him, helping him from the webs, then just as they embraced Fili was wrenched away and Kili forced into a sheet of darkness- "

"FILI!" Kili screamed as he jolted awake soaked in sweat and bolting upright.
In an instant there were strong hands on his shoulder, and his brother was next to him. "Shhh, Kee, I'm right here, I'm okay." Fili cooed to him, fingers running through his hair, free hand rubbing his back in small comforting circles.
Kili pressed his face into Fili's shoulder, letting quiet sobs escaping as he was comforted.

He heard the door quietly click open and shut as Tauriel entered, walking over to the bed and resting a light hand on Kili's back. "The nightmare again?" She asked Fili.
"Mmhm. He awoke screaming this time." He responded, scooting himself and the younger man over slightly to make room for the she-elf. Soon enough they were all three laying together on Kili's bed, Kili in the middle and his comforters on either side, there they all fell into a peaceful sleep, Fili and Tauriel vowing to protect their mutual beloved from the horrors that plague him in slumber, and they did.
Atleast for that night….
