Jason took his caution and hid when he heard the knock and hid. Twilight looked through the window. "Its just Applejack" she said with relief. Jason came out.
The door opened and Applejack entered with a cart that had a few bucksts of apples in them. Twilight went around the corner and grabbed a couple old, broken chairs and tossed them in. Applejack opened the back of the cart. there was space underneath the platform for him to hide.
"I guess I'll see you some time tommorow." Twilight said, and lifter her hoove for a "handshake"(cause they dont have hands)
"one more thing," Jason said, "can I call you Twi? its just gonna take some getting used to."
"Of course." Twilight responded.
"thanks" he said as he crawled inside the cart. Then they left.
After a while, the back of the cart opened. Jason didnt realize before but it was night now.
"Did you enjoy the ride?" Applejack asked jokeingly
Jason snickered "yes, yes i did. Thanks. so, could i call you AJ?"
"sure, why that 'ougta be one of the better things i've been called." AJ said, then looked Southwest-ish, like she was staring someone down. then she walked over and knocked on the door.
Fluttershy answered it. "hello."
"hey" AJ and Jason replied. That was awkward.
While they were talking, Jason sat on the hill and stared at the town. "so much color." he whisperd to himself. Then AJ left and Fluttershy invited him in.
It was like animal paradise. Crawlspaces, tunnels, little stairs.
"whoa." he said.
"I keep lots of animals around, I hope its not a problem." Fluttershy said.
"Not at all, I have a passion for animals." Jason replied.
"well thats a relief. Here I'll show you to your room"
