A surprising Christmas present for Booth
Booth was nervous, he loved Christmas, and this year even more. This year is his first Christmas married to Bones, so he wanted to do something special. But Brennan has been acting weird lately and he was not so sure how she was going to react. It was the morning of the 20th and Brennan woke up ill, with nausea and throwing up last night's dinner. Brennan already had some suspicions so she booked a date with her OB/GYN, and they had given her time for the morning of Christmas eve. Brennan was really pleased, if her suspicions were correct, it was going to make a really good Christmas present for Booth.
Days passed and Brennan did not get well, which only make Booth more nervous. Also Brennan was fairly confident her suspicious were correct, and was really happy even she was sick, which made Booth even nervous. She was on her OB/GYN office waiting for her turn. When the nurse called her, she got up and went into the doctor's room. She went alone, just in case, so Booth wouldn't put his hopes high. She told the doctor's her suspicions and after some urine and blood job and a sonogram, Brennan's suspicious went confirmed. She left the doctor's office and drove to the Hoover.
When she arrived at Booth's office, he was really worried. He had called the Jeffersonian and Cam had told him Brennan was not at the lab. So, when Booth so Brennan, first of all he felt relieve that she was ok, and asked her where she was
"Bones, Where have you been? I've been calling you and Cam told me you were not at the lab" Booth said.
"I had a doctor's appointment Booth" was Brennan's answer
"A doctor's appointment? Why didn't you tell me? Is this about your nausea? What did the doctor say? Are you all right?" Booth was freaking out, storming a thousand questions per minute to Brennan.
"Yes, Booth. It's about my nausea. I didn't tell you because I was fairly certain of the cause, and I didn't want you till it was confirmed. And I am all right. I'm not sick I'm just…" Brennan said, but the stopped
"You're what, Bones? You're kind of freaking me out" said Booth.
"Well ,take a look by yourself "she said giving him a picture of her sonogram
"Bones, I don't know what it is. Wait, I think I see something. Is this….? Are you…?" Booth said
"Yes, Booth, I'm pregnant. You're going to be a father again" Said Brennan.
"OMG, you just made me, the happiest man alive" said Booth.
"Merry Christmas Booth" Brennan said, happy Booth was happy with the news.
"Merry Christmas indeed, Bones" was Booth answer just before giving Brennan a hot passionate kiss.
