Hey Guys so this is a brand-new story and is about Bughead. I completely adore this couple; they are so pure and good. Hope you enjoy and don't forget to review.
Betty Cooper, Riverdale's perfect girl next door. Jughead Jones, the boy from the wrong side of the tracks. To the outside these two young lovers are complete opposites. One is full of light and happiness, while the other is surrounded by darkness and sadness. But in reality, these two young lovers have so much more in common than anyone would think.
Betty's whole life she has had to put up a persona that symbolizes perfection. The perfect daughter, the perfect sister and the perfect student. But inside she has darkness all around her. Not knowing how to contain her darkness, she ignores it for the most part. But as time goes on it gets harder to keep it all in. Jughead is the son of the Serpent king. He is a southside serpent by blood and no matter how much he tried to push that side of himself away it always came back to haunt him. The throne will eventually fall to him, but the thing was that Jughead didn't want to be one of them. The southside was his home but if he decided to join the gang there was no going back.
Jughead and Betty have been friends for most of their lives alongside Riverdale's star football player, Archie Andrews. They were the best of friends. But that all changed the summer before sophomore year. Something had changed between them. Betty liked Archie, Archie was having a torrid affair with his music teacher and Jughead Jones was left on the outside. He didn't belong, a loner that didn't have a place that felt like home.
The beginning of sophomore Betty was confused. She liked Archie but he didn't return the same feeling, instead he was falling in love with the new girl, Veronica Lodge. Betty reopened the Blue and Gold school newspaper. This is what started the Romeo and Juliet story of two young lovers who weren't not meant to be together. A small office, just the two of them. Betty asked Jughead of he would want to write for the Blue and Gold. He agreed. At first Jughead didn't know why he had agreed, he never liked doing anything school related, but for some reason when she asked him, he couldn't say no to her. The two were also investigating the murder of Jason Blossom. Jughead was writing a novel on the murder and Betty wanted to know the truth of what happened to the town with pep she once knew. Everything had changed in this town. It was now filled with mysteries and murders.
This investigation is what started the love story of a modern-day Romeo and Juliet. Two young people, one from the wrong side of the tracks while the other was the perfect girl next door. There is so much conflict ahead for this pair. They will walk through he fire together.
