Thalia's POV
My back hit the wall behind me. I pulled him closer to me and made sure that his lips never left mine. I wasn't sure how long it was going to be until I passed out from loss of oxygen, but I stopped caring about that a long time ago.
His tongue rubbed against mine and I let out a moan. My gods, I never knew that he could do this to me.
His lips left mine and my eyes snapped open. My chest heaved as I frowned at him. He laughed. "Don't give me that look."
I smirked at him, my lips feeling slightly swollen. "I'll give you any look that I want to, Dead Boy."
He leaned in and kissed me again, pulling my hair out of its messy ponytail. He pulled away once again. "Am I the only one who finds it weird that nothing's really happened to you yet?" He asked as moving his lips down to my jaw line.
"What do you mean?" I asked, my eyebrows furrowing in confusion.
"Well, I'm pretty sure that you've broken your oath by making out with me. Shouldn't something happen to you?" His lips were slightly chapped, but still soft. They felt so good on my skin.
"I don't know," I answered honestly. And then I added, "And I don't give a shit."
He let out a chuckle. I was all too aware that he was just close to me, not kissing me or even making a weak attempt to brush his lips across my bare skin. I yearned for his touch. "You're a tease," I informed him.
He let out another chuckle. "Am I?"
"Yes, you are." My hands found his bare abs and I brushed my fingers across them.
"Well, you aren't exactly better," he countered.
"Oh please." I rolled my eyes, even though he couldn't see me.
"It's true and you know it is." Before I could object, he sucked on my neck and I lost all ability to make any noise or move, other than being able to let out a deep moan.
I could get used to this. I may miss the huntresses- they're like sisters to me- but I don't feel like that's where I belong anymore. Besides, oaths are overrated.
