(In John's Point a View)

Sometimes I feel as if my brothers don't know me well enough. I do changeovers with Alan for space monitor duty in Thunderbird 5once a month. Sadly, Alan and I don't talk often, only notify each other when updates are needed in rescue missions.

I would consider myself lucky if I managed to have a break on Tracy Island; on the occasion, Alan would attempt to bail out on his duties in TB5. Okay, I know that Alan is still young, but when he bails – it really annoys me. He just never knows that I could have had my own plans already arranged! Alan and I are no longer close anymore - though incredibly as wee Tracys, we had a strong brotherly relationship. I think this was because Mom was around to look after us, giving us all the unconditional love which had kept us happy.

However, after Mom died, Dad went through a phase of mental breakdowns. Thank God that Scott was able to keep our family together. Until Grandma had decided to move in with us, we saw Scott as a new parent figure. Though Scott was looking after us, his grades at school had decreased dramatically. Thankfully, when Grandma moved in, she made sure that Scott got his grades back up. Grandma had sorted us all out, and even helped Dad overcome his depression too. You go, Grandma!

Virgil may not resemble Mom very much, but he has inherited her amazing talents in music and art. I know that Virg is the levelheaded one in rescue missions. I know that Virgil can easily get anxious because he usually seeks me out for advice to overcome his fears. Another thing about Virg is that he would get upset if he hadn't noticed any injuries early enough. I don't really blame him because he is our medic, and cares deeply for our safety.

Now what should I say about my prank star of a brother, Gordon? He lives up to his nickname as the prankster, because he can pull off many hilarious stunts. When he attempts his practical jokes, you know it's because Gordon is bored. His lively entertainment is frequent, thus we know that Gordon is always bored and restless. I would approach Gordon if I needed any cheering up when I'm alone on TB5.

Gordon was born a few weeks premature. Both Mom and Dad didn't think that Gordon was going to make it. Again, nearly two decades later, we had another scare when we believed that Gordon wasn't going to survive after his near death experience; a hydrofoil crash. After crashing at 400 knots, Gordon was in a coma for nearly two months. As soon as I received a phone call with regards to the accident, I decided to leave college to support my auburn haired brother. Once Gordon had come around, the doctor told us that Gordon wouldn't be able to walk again. However, a few months later, Gordon had proved everyone wrong: with the loving support of his family; Gordon was miraculously walking again!

I don't know what I would do without my brothers. All four are amazing in their own unique ways … I would hate to be an only child!

It doesn't matter what they think of me, because deep down, they know me.

The End
