After Fred's death George started shutting himself out he went into major depression. At Molly's request he moved back into the burrow, but would never leave his room after about a month of this and hearing from Hermione that it was like both the twins had died not just Fred Harry came to the burrow one evening with his god son Teddy. Knowing he will get more privacy leaving Teddy with Molly he went up to George room and barged in knowing knocking would get him no where. "Hello Gred" he greeted falling back next to where George was lying pretending to be asleep. When he got no response he started poking George still getting no response he started talking about the was how much he missed Remus Fred Tonks even how he missed old crazy mad eye and of course Sirius slowly as Harry talked George came out of his hiding and looked at harry as he talked "You know George, Fred wouldn't of wanted you to hide away he is probably having a ball with everyone pulling pranks with the marauders and your ear" he added seeing his Grin "Go back to the joke shop live life for both of you George go marry Angelina if you want just don't stay he don't waste away move on" Seeing his frown he added "Don't forget just continue living ok really Fred will start haunting you if your not careful."
After that meeting George started leaving and eating again he and Harry got closer than ever and while Harry went through his Auror training George went back to the joke shop and married Angelina like harry said when there son was born they both immediately knew that his name would be Fred the second.
Years later George thought back to the conversation knowing it saved his life. He did exactly what Harry said he kept living but he never forgot.
