Accelerator sighed as Last Order pulled on his sleeve.
"'Misaka Misaka is hungry!' Misaka Misaka whines, pulling on your sleeve, in hopes of annoying you. "
"Shut your trap; we're almost there." Accelerator replied, bored. "We'll get there when we'll get there, alright?"
"'Yay!' Misaka Misaka says, expressing her delight." Last Order kept on holding onto the sleeve of his hoodie. Accelerator groaned.
"So, it is conclusive enough that I would not be able to finish the pizza alone, and thus miss out on the prize." Mikoto concluded, tapping the sign behind her for Touma to see. The high school student leaned forward in order to read the sign better. Mikoto's heart skipped a beat.
"It just says you have to order two pizzas to get it. It says nothing about finishing them." Touma shrugged, turning to face Mikoto. "I'll see you later, Biribiri." He began to walk away, but Mikoto cut him off.
"Um...Um..." Mikoto's face turned bright red. Her trembling hand was on his shoulder. "I...I...I was just thinking that it would be a shame to leave it all to waste, right?"
"Ah, fine." The black, spiky-haired boy conceded, sighing.
"Why would the syndicate send us here, of all places?" Mao groaned, stretching his claws out on the booth seats.
"Keep quiet." Hei murmured. "This place isn't too busy, but it'll be a hassle if someone heard you speak. Yin? How's our new base?"
"Still being watched. People inside." The dull-eyed doll dipped her finger deeper in her glass of water. She suddenly whipped out her finger, nearly spilling her 'drink'. She turned her bottomless gaze at Hei. "Another doll sensed my presence."
"Were they able to track you?" Hei asked. Yin shook her head.
"I left before they could." Yin stated blankly. She blinked. "People are entering the facility that we are currently located inside of." True to her words, the entrance doors opened and two teenagers walked into the restaurant. To be more specific, one brown-haired girl was dragging a boy towards the cashier. Mao hissed as they passed, his fur spiking up on all ends. Hei gave him a curious look.
"There's something about her," Mao whispered. "That girl..."
"'That kitty can talk!' exclaims Misaka Misaka as she reaches out to touch the cat's ears," said a small, brown haired girl that appeared from out of nowhere. She leaned towards Mao and grabbed his ears. "'Say, what did you say?' Misaka Misaka questions, trying to interrogate the captive cat.' " Mao's expression could only be described as absolute terror.
"Stupid brat, stop messing around." A albino-haired boy pulled the little girl away from the table, releasing Mao from her grasp.
"'No fair!' Misaka Misaka proclaims, pouting in attempt to make you guilty as she tries to squirm out of your grasp." The little girl pouted, but the albino boy did not loosen his hold, and continued to drag her away. Mao blinked again. Hei was silent. Yin was perfectly still.
That was certainly strange.
