Never the Same
So many pictures, so many memories, all enclosed in a little box, hidden long ago in a house once called home. Some brought back exalting happiness...
Dean holding little Sammy, playing with him; Mary hugged her boys; John laughed with them. Everyone smiling, giggling, looking genuinely happy, looking like a family anyone would wish for.
Others, not so much...
Those photos were now mixed in with post-fire photos. One in particular: John holding Sam and Dean on the Impala's hood. Dean remembered that day as the day John handed him a wrench and said, "It's time." His boyhood then vanished.
