NCIS Headquarters It was a quite day at the Navy Yard and in the BullPen the quietness was making Senior Field Agent Tony DiNozzo very bored, so bored in fact he decided to ping rubber bands at his Co-Workers, "Cut it out Tony." the youngest of the field Agents, Timothy McGee said only to be ignored Tony didn't ping rubber bands at their Mossad Agent, Ziva David since he figured she could easily carry out her threat of killing him with a paper clip and having Abby Scuito, the forensic scientist clean up all the evidence so he just had to be happy with Tim.
