Riley was traveling to the Unova region with his Lucario and his amazing fedora. While traveling, he met a guy named Cheren who had funny looking hair and Pokemon. They traveled together in a cave, in a cemetery and Brazil. While traveling around, a Woobat hit his Lucario and it died. He didn't care, but screw logic. He reloaded his save file. Anyways, Cheren turned into a gryphon and ripped Riley's fedora in half. Cheren flew away while Riley cried his eyes out (not literally), his Lucario was trying to comfort him but the spike on his hand stabbed Riley and he died.
After he died, Lucario dragged his body to the hat shop and bought a hat for Riley, and put it on his head.
Riley's eyes sprung up when he felt a thing on his head. He then continued his Pokemon journey where Professor Rowan kept telling him in his mind not to use the bike indoors. While traveling like a boss, a Woobat hit his hat, and it fell off and got ripped. Riley died again so Lucario dragged him to the nearest hat shop and got him another fedora but sadly, it was pink and it had purple polka dots, glitter, lots of flowers, and a unicorn horn. Riley, being the weirdo that he is, he was alive again when he felt the hat. Oh, and the hat had pink silky ribbons embroidered with tiny flowers.
Again, continuing on with the journey, he met a talking Magikarp. He touched it, and his fedora exploded. Lucario was lazy, so Riley died until an old and smelly fedora fell on his head. He lived and decided to go to the Johto region. With cheat codes, he stuck the HM 'Fly' in Lucario's mouth and he learned it. Then he flew to the Johto region. While flying there, his fedora flew off and he died. But he lived again when a cloud shaped like a fedora got on his head.
When he finally arrived in Johto, he arrived in The Lake of Rage. He then fell in the water and drowned. Lucario restarted the game for him.
