Romano was sitting on the couch in the family room waiting for Antonio to call he wanted to explain how he felt about their heated conversation a few days prior. He didn't know the right words to tell Antonio that he was sorry for accusing him of not being there for him and for calling him stupid because Antonio didn't realize what kind of love Romano had for him. Romano just didn't have the words to tell Antonio sorry. Then there was the sound of keys jiggling and the door opened. Romano had forgotten he gave Antonio a key. Antonio walked in and Romano had him sit down. Romano leaned over and grabbed Antonio's hand then with the other hand cupped his chin and gave him a sweet kiss on the lips.
Antonio asked" What was that for mi tomanito?"
Romano simply started out."Because I love you."
Then as Antonio continued to look at him Romano went on.
"Antonio I love you with everything I have I will give you everything you ask for. You are my life and I don't know what I would do without you in my life. You have been here for me thru a lot and I'm sorry about what I said I'm just still scared that you are going to realize that you are too good for me and you are going to leave."
Antonio again simply stared and then said finally. "I love you too. More than you know. More than you could possibly imagine. You are the best person for me and I just wish you would realize that. But you never seem to listen to me when I tell you. I just want you to understand that I'm not going anywhere. Hell I want you to marry me. I want you to be the only person I'm with. Its YOU. It always has been and always will be you. "
Romano grabbed his man and gave him the deepest and longest kiss ever imagined.
"Antonio will you marry me? To be with me and only me for the rest of our lives."
"Of course mi tomanito."
