Chapter I: The Angel Lost on the Devil's Beach.

Stupid beach, she thought, looking out towards the black ocean lit by the cold sun, I can't stand this place. There is nobody here but myself. Some time ago, she had appeared on this beach. She decided she needed a name, so she Chose Namine, based off the word for wave, the only noise available besides her own voice and footsteps. When she appeared, she had a sketchbook and a set of colored pencils, so she kept herself busy by drawing. She wore a long white cloak, matching her pale skin and pale blonde hair. Over the few months' she was here, her hair had grown from just beyond her shoulder to around her knees, and was driving her nuts.

"I seriously need a brush for this hair of mine; it looks like a rat's nest. Worse than a rat's nest." An idea came to her, and she called forth a giant key to her left hand. She had discovered this ability when she thought she saw something coming towards her. The key had scared whatever it was away. She examined the key again, a white base with a cross and heart shape on the end, and a keychain in the shape of a star. She thought about brushing her hair out with it, but decided against it. "I might need this, I don't want to damage it." She groaned, why was she alone on this godforsaken beach? And why was she able to summon this key-thing? These were all questions she couldn't answer, but she wanted answers. Badly.

He wandered aimlessly through the white emptiness that surrounded him. The deathly silence was starting to drive him crazy, even though he hadn't even been in this white wasteland one hour. He wanted out, now. Something came to his mind. Roxas. He didn't know what inspired the idea, but pondered it, and decided it was a name. "Hmm, I guess it's a good name," he thought out loud. He stopped himself, surprised by his own voice, "I guess I'll make it mine. Roxas. Has a nice ring to it." Wonderful, I have a name, but I don't even know what I look like, simply wonderful. Roxas looked down on himself, a long black coat and fair skin. He sighed." Man, if I could get out of here." Suddenly, a black swirl appeared in front of him. Well, That's convenient. He walked through. Completely unprepared for who laid on the other side.

Namine turned her head. There was something happening behind her, a swirl of black, and something sliding out of it.

So, there you go! I'll work on chapter 2 of this!
