Hey guys so I just watched the most epic yj EVER I felt sooo bad for the girl so I wrote this.
Groggily Peitra opened her eyes. She felt sore all over. Like her uncle had used his vertigo on her again*. She heard an annoying beeping issuing from somewhere to the left of her, and the prick of several needles in her arm. She shook her head to clear her thoughts and caught the attention of one of the guards standing next to the hospital bed.
He yelled "the Queen is awake" in a loud voice that gave her a headache. All of a sudden doctors in white and blue coats rushed to her side. Asking her questions that she had a hard time even understanding.
Peitra held up her hand and everyone stopped talking.
"what has happened?" she asked puzzlement clear in her voice. One of the doctors stepped forward and began to explain.
" you were admitted here for a heart transplant. Unfortunately a large ice storm also blew in making it impossible for the heart in Boston to reach us here in Seattle. The Justice League offered to help since you are royalty. Unfortunately all the Zeta Beams died thanks to extreme colds. This is why we needed Kid Flash to run the heart across the country to you. He was stalled by vandal Savage and led into believing you were dead when he arrive here. when we informed him that in fact you were NOT yet dead he fought Count Vertigo back for it. Your uncle wanted it so he would become king. Obviously you are not dead, but Vertigo believes this to be true. We think that he will go to Kid Flash to gloat. We want you to be hidden behind a curtain in his hospital room and record what he says for evidence of traitorous activity against your country."
He stepped back into the line of doctors at the foot of her bed. Although it made sense she was curio use about one thing.
"why is Kid Flash in the hospital?" the doctors exchanged glances.
" due to his hyperactive metabolism he was literally starving when he arrived here. His body was beginning to eat itself. Granted he ran here across the country at mach 5 in 20 minutes. Also he received multiple injuries in his combat with your uncle" the doctor that had spoken before told her.
" his room is simply next to yours divided by a curtain. Now we must leave we believe that your uncle will be coming soon. Here is the recorder. And we will station guards around you in case he attempts murder once again." With that all the doctors filed out of the room.
For about 15 minutes she lay there recovering until she heard footsteps echoing across the hallway. She heard a young man's voice arguing with her uncle's. Then she pressed record on the recorder….
*im assuming here that he has used his vertigo to try to get her to give up queenhood. The ending is where the show picks up. With kid flash pulling back the curtain. Totallyawesome out.
