Kakashi was having one really bad day. His little dolphin was being rather stubborn.
"Come on, Ruka, just open up." Kakashi said trying to sound harmless.
"No." Iruka answered glaring at his approaching lover.
"Aww...Why not? You know you want it." Kakashi insisted.
"I do not!"
"Do to."
"No!"
"Yes!"
"I said no!"
"But Ruka I'll do all the work all your going to have to do is swallow." Kakashi tried again.
"And what makes you think I want you to stick that thing into my mouth. I'm not swallowing nothing!" Iruka snapped.
"It'll feel good afterwards. I promise." Kakashi said trying his best to look innocent.
"I'm the one that's going to be stuck with that nasty taste in my mouth!" Iruka protested. "Anyways my throat's already sore and I don't feel like swallowing anything.
While Iruka had been talking Kakashi had been closing the gap between them. Iruka didn't notice until it was to late his eyes went wide in panic and he tried to find an escape route, but couldn't find any. He turned back to look at Kakashi and saw him waving it back and forth as if trying to tempt him. He gave him the puppy dog eyes, but is still didn't work.
"Kakashi if you try sticking that in my mouth I'll bite it!" Iruka warned.
"What! You wouldn't!" Kakashi gasped, visible eye widening in horror.
"I would and you know it'll hurt you more than me." Iruka added.
"Iruka that's just plain mean." Kakashi pouted and he sighed all playfulness gone from his voice.
"I really didn't want to force you, but you leave me no choice."
-----A couple of minutes later----
"See that wasn't so bad." Kakashi said grinning. "How's your throat feeling?" he added looking over at his little dolphin in worry. He really hoped it hadn't been too bad.
"You know it actually doesn't hurt that much anymore." Iruka admitted. "See and all you had to do was swallow." Kakashi commented.
"I know, but you know how much I hate the after taste.
"I still can't believe you said you'd bite it. You know it wouldn't be as valuable if it was dented." Kakashi said giving his lover a reproachful look.
"I wouldn't have done that. I know how important it is." Iruka answered.
Kakashi gave a happy little crescent eye smile and climbed into bed with Iruka.
"I love you Kashi." Iruka murmured sleepily cuddling closer with the happy Jounin.
One the bed side table was one bottle of cough syrup and one limited special edition Icha Icha Make out Paradise spoon.
