There is always that 'What If?' Scenario everyone thinks about when considering their favorite anime or show etc.
The What If Scenario I propose to you today my dear reader is, What If Mamoru couldn't be brought back after the whole thing with Galaxia? And what if Seiya took over Mamoru's place as Prince of Earth as per request of Mamoru? What would happen to the future of Crystal Tokyo? What would happen to Chibi Usa? But most importantly what would happen between Seiya and Usagi?
Anyway I hope you guys give this story a chance!
Prologue
As All The Sailor Scouts And Mamoru Come Back After Chaos Is Defeated
"Usako, I am so sorry…" Mamoru says as he hugs Usagi as they float along with everyone else. "What's wrong Mamo-Chan?" Usagi says looking up at him as he smiles sadly. "I can't go back with all of you… I'm afraid it's too late for me… But I have something to tell you." Mamoru says as they all float down to the Three Starlights and their princess.
Later On The Roof
"Thank you for accepting Seiya, please take care of Earth and Usagi for me." Mamoru says as he faces Seiya and Seiya nods as they shake hands. Mamoru goes over to Usagi who is tearing up. "Usako, don't worry everything will be alright. I have to go now… I'm sorry and I love you." Mamoru says as he kisses Usagi in his Prince robes and disappears into a ray of light. "I love you Mamo-Chan…" Usagi says and Seiya puts a comforting hand on her shoulder and she smiles up at him while tears flow from her eyes. After that is over everyone says their goodbyes to Princess Kakyuu, Yaten and Taiki who promise to visit soon.
As everyone watches them disappear into rays of light Seiya sighs. "Are you sure you ok with being the new Prince of Earth Seiya? I mean you had to leave behind your Princess and your two friends…" Makoto says and Seiya gives a small smile while glancing at Usagi who is looking up at the sky, though the look isn't missed by the girls or Luna and Artemis. "I'm ok, it's worth it staying here." Seiya says and Usagi looks at him and smiles.
So this is just a prologue, the real first chapter will come up within the next week or two. But tell me if you like it or not! And I'm always open for some helpful criticism!
