Prologue

It was a cold day of Early Jurassic. A grey female Cryolophosaurus was guarding the nest. It rather looked like a hole in ground with eggs in it. She lowered her muzzle and sniffed the eggs. They were going to hatch soon. The nest was built on the small glade with trees and bushes around it.

Something moved between plants and a massive, red-headed male came out of the jungle. He was holding a dead Tritylodont in his jaw. The female chirped to her mate as he put the mammal's corpse on ground. She ripped some flesh out and ate it hungrily. As she continued her meal, the male walked past her to the nest and sniffed the eggs. He spotted a crack on one of them. He listened and heard cracks. The female turned her head to nest and walked to it. They stared at eggs chirping as the hatchlings tried to get out of shells.

There were three of them, two males – one red-headed as his father and one totally grey with some white spots on the back and a female which was light grey with dark stripes on jaw and crest.

And here begins the story of Cusho the white-spotted Cryolophosaur, whose life won't be boring and easy...
