It was a rainy day, Itachi Uchiha and Kisame Hoshigaki were on their way back to the
apartment they shared. Once they reached the apartment they noticed a lone red-haired girl sitting on
the steps, crying. Kisame glanced at the girl and said, "Move it kid, we're trying to get through." The
girl didn't respond and continued crying. Kisame, getting annoyed, went over to her and grabs her arm.
The girl instantly clung to him like a wet rag. "Wha- Hey, get off you brat!" Kisame shouted, trying to
shake the girl, however she refused to let go. Kisame sighed in annoyance and stopped shaking and
glared at the girl who, upon seeing his glare, instantly let go and cowered in fear. Itachi then went over
to the girl and said calmly, "What are you doing out here?" The girl whimpered quietly and said, "I-I h-
have no p-place to stay...I-I'm an orphan..." "I see..." Itachi said. "Pl-please...I need a place to
stay...c-can I stay with you two..?" The girl asked. Itachi looked at Kisame. "No, there's now way
we're letting this brat stay with us." Kisame said firmly. "It wouldn't hurt to let her stay for a few days
Kisame." Itachi said. "Ugh...fine..." Kisame replied The girl instantly brightened, "Really?" She
asked hopefully. "Yes." Itachi replied. The girl immediately ran up to Itachi and gave him a hug. He
was surprised by the sudden embrace and was nearly knocked over but managed to keep standing.
Kisame sighed and mumbled, "This won't end well..." Itachi looked at the girl who was still hugging
him. "what's your name?" He asked. "Sasuki Yamey." She said.
