"Can we stop for a second; can you just give us a minute please?" Booth asked, the nurses understood, it was time to say goodbye, just in case.
"What's wrong?" Brennan asked looking down at her booth with worry evidently stretched across her face, seems habit now.
"Listen Bones, if I don't make it…" Booth started
"Booth your gonna be fine" Brenna said he is, isn't he??
"Yeah but if I'm not, I want you to have my stuff... You know for a kid"
"Booth" Brennan said, she knew what he was doing and she wasn't going to let him, he was gonna be fine
"I want you to", she could see the tears in his eyes, she could see what saying this was doing to him, and without hesitation, without thought or doubt, she touched her lips to his and they were one.
And In that moment he knew, he was gonna be fine.
