Summer holidays with crazy muggles
If you want a holiday to remember, and you are a muggle-lover, consider visiting Dullhollow upon Grey River in Hertfordshire. In the area surrounding this otherwise boring and unattractive little town, lives the biggest mooncalf population known in the Wizard World. And according to that fact, hundreds of muggles from all over the world decide to spend their summer camping on the nearby hills each year.
What mooncalfs and muggles have in common, you may ask. Well, the key words are: "UFO hunters". Let me explain who they are. You see, as we all know very well, mooncalfs are little, light-grey creatures with big eyes on the top of their heads, and four large feet each. During the full-moon nights those shy animals come out of their burrows to perform a complicated dance on the surrounding fields, which leaves beautifully shaped, mostly round marks in the hay. "UFO hunters" are muggles, who believe that those circles are made by aliens from out of space.
As strange as it all sounds, the muggles camping near Dullhollow are mostly fun loving and outgoing people. I truly had the time of my live staying among them, during my week long holiday last June. They drink a lot of beer, which, I must add, is not very similar to our butterbeer and tastes just horrible, and their favourite food are sausages and potatoes baked by the fire. They spend their time chattering and gossiping about their evil governments hiding the truth from them, and measuring the circles with some strange equipment. They get particularly excited when some of the gadgets make high squeaky noises. I guess the sound must be especially pleasurable for muggles, but I fail to understand why. And what surprises me most is the fact, that although almost all "UFO hunters" believes that aliens come to Earth to study people with anal probes and to breed a new kind of species based on human DNA code, they still want to meet the aliens very much!
I can really recommend spending some time upon Grey River to all of you who want to have a unique experience involving muggles, and to those of you who enjoy adventures. You will meet some charming people, learn that our minister of magic isn't the worst minister in the world and If you are really lucky, you will see a magnificent mooncalf's dance, a rare view indeed. The only thing I can't promise you is that you will see any aliens there.
