This is a one shot. My first official SMK fanfic. I do hope you enjoy it. Hopefully this codename has never been used on the show. I haven't seen all the episodes but all of first and most of second season. And feedback is welcomed.

Scarecrow and "not" Mrs. King.
Amanda finally gets a codename.
"Francine, it's finally happened," Billy told her as the witty blonde fell into step with him.
"What?"
"Amanda has a codename, it took two months, but it's finally official."
"So I guess she is officially an agent?" Francine asked.
"It's always been official, Blue Leader himself wanted her on the team." He told her.
"You can't be serious!" Francine exclaimed.
"Very, he'd been keeping a close eye on Amanda King ever since she got hired. You don't think Blue Leader would have let us keep her if he didn't think she would make a great agent?"
"No, fact is Billy I think she is a good agent, I'd never tell her myself." There she admitted it.
"Ah here she comes now," he pointed.
Amanda came into the office; "You wanted to see me?" she smiled.
"Yes, Amanda everyone here has a codename, and it's taken some time but it's finally official."
Before he could finish Lee came in. "What's going on?" he asked joining them.
"Scarecrow your just in time, I'm about to give Amanda, her codename." Billy told him.
Billy cleared his throat and looked over at Amanda, "Now as I was saying, it's taken some time but here it is. Amanda your codename is Blackbird.
They all looked at Billy and then to Amanda.
"What kind of joke is this?" Lee asked.
"No joke, I think it is most fitting, after all she is your partner." He told him.
