What can I say, I have always like making the main male characters a girl and after reading so many girl clark fics, really good ones too, I couldn't help but want to join.

Since the first time I met Lex, an instinctual need to protect him was born. At first it was just defending him from my father and the town's natural hate all things Luthor, but as he started to gain their trust (really slowly mind you) other problems would pop up. Problems consisting of gold diggers that wished to kill him or the control which Lionel tried to exert on his life. Yet the hardest thing to protect him from was the demons in his past, demons that would drag him down the path that Lionel walks on faster than I could run, but there is a reason why my middle name is stubborn.
It was that same stubborn nature which had him calling me his guardian angel in jest; later he told me that a guardian angel would be the only thing that would fight to protect him from the darkness as strongly as I did. But protecting him was such an easy thing to do, the emotions that clouded his eyes when they met mine showed a man drowning in his father's sins and as he revealed more of his past to me, I wondered why they couldn't see what I see.
