Kate opened her eyes slowly as the adjusted to the bright room she turned to the alarm clock, it was seven' o clock she had slept through the ringing at least
three times. She slowly walked out to the kitchen where Alexis and Martha sat at the island watching castle prepare breakfast. "Darling you're awake, nightly
activities wearing you down I see" Martha teased giving her a one handed hug.
Alexis wrinkled her nose "grams, Eww" she gave Kate a kiss on her cheek.
Kate walked over to castle giving him a peck and he grabbed her, wrapping his hands around her waste while flipping the eggs and Martha grinned at the sight "
you've been married to her for a little over a month now and you're still smothering her.
" he rolled his eyes "I will smother her forever and if you must know, mother we didn't do anything last night"
Alexis stood up "I'm going to go get my bag and hopefully when I get back this sharing lesson is done. " she started to leave the room but stopped when she heard castle offer kate piece of the egg
"Kate don't" but he cut her off "let her try it for herself, don't worry it's safe" he assured she took a bite of the egg.
" oh my gosh what did you put in this!" she exclaimed "it's really good" and everything went silent as she devoured the egg
And Martha couldn't believe it "don't lie dear he'll still love you even if you don't like it" and Kate paused from eating "no seriously I like it" they all gave her a
strange face.
"well I guess love is blind and tasteless" Martha quipped, as Kate gobbled down the egg trying to still get to work early.
