Author Note: I don't know if this will be my first and last McRoll storyline. The only reason that I am writing this storyline is that because someone that is always reading my McKono fanfic wanted me to write this.
Steve walked into the house after the governor allowed him to take the weekend off. He wanted to take the weekend and get away for the weekend with Catherine.
"Hey Catherine, what would I say that we are going to Maui for the weekend?" Steve asked his girlfriend.
"Is it just for business?" She responded to him.
"No it's not for business. It's for us to have a break from Five 0 and spend time with each other. So what would you say?" He asked her.
"I would say yes, what time are we going?" Catherine responded to him.
"As soon as you want and as soon as I can pack for this trip." Steve revealed to her.
"Why don't I call the airport and see what time the plane leaves and then we pack" She responded to her boyfriend. She picked up the phone and dialed the airport. She found out that the plane leaves in about two hours and she hurries up and starts to pack.
They got to the airport within two hours and headed to Maui. Steve was planning something and he hoped that Catherine did not find out what is he has planned for her. He was going to ask her to be his wife. They got to Maui and were settled into their hotel.
"So why are we here?" She asked her boyfriend.
"You will find out soon enough." Steve responded to her.
Later on that night, Steve and Catherine were going out for a special dinner and that's where he was planning ask her. They enjoyed the dinner and right before they were done. Steve reached down to get the gift out of his pocket.
"Steve what are you doing?" She asked him.
"One second. " He said as he got down to one knee. He can't believe that he was going to do this but she had his heart. "Catherine, will you marry me?"
"Yes. I will." She responded to him.
