Pinkie Pie is acting stranger than usual. She keeps going on about "Earth" and "humans", and how she shouldn't be a pony or a female for that matter . Will her friends be able to help her figure out what's wrong? Rated M for cursing and some adult stuff.

Primary Caretaker: Carmine Tarach

Caretaker Notes: Patient believes that they are in a different world than their usual one. She describes her world as less round, and instead of humans, there are ponies. She seems to understand english suprisingly well for a "pony" though. She claims to be from a place called "Ponyville", which in turn is a part of "Equestria". She also goes on about worrying about her sisters, Daisy & Lily. She says things about her needing to get back to Ponyville because she has a big order of flowers due in Manehattan for a festival and her sisters simply can't handle it on their own. When told it's pronounced Manhattan she insists on her pronunciation of it. She will only refer to herself as "Rose", which wouldn't normally be odd if wasn't for how foreign her full name seems to her. Psychological therapy will be continued if patient does not improve. ~C.T.
