Yay!First story! =D So yeah I just wanted to say...its based off a true story xD Once when me (Li) n Manda (Our friendly helper o.o) went snowboarding, she didn't wanna jump off the ski lift!Then she kept doing it because the guy that helped her down was "Cute". ALSO I am going to assume that none of the characters have ACTUALLY been skiing/snowboarding before...and Hermione read about it in a book =P So yea...enjoy! (Its our first story so don't be mean! T-T)
Harry, Ron, and Hermione went to blue mountain ski resort for their winter vacation to learn how to SNOWBOARD!Ron was still confused by everything and Hermione was being her usual know-it-all self and explaining was busy looking at everything and wasn't really paying much attention, and only caught the end of Hermione's sentence. "...And this is the ski lift!" She said, pointing up to the sky. "Where?" Ron asked, looking around confused. Hermione grabbed Ron and turned hi around."THERE!" She said. Ron was speechless. "It looks...big" he whispered. "How exactly do you get on it?" Harry asked. Had he seen a ski lift before? Yes. Had he ever been on one before? No. Now they were walking towards the ski lift with Ron complaining about safety issues. "It's easy!" Hermione argued. "When you see the seat coming, just sit down!" Ron still wasn't pleased. "It's behind you!How can you see it coming!" He shouted. But they were already nearing the front of the line. "I'll tell you when!" Harry reasoned, finally getting tired of his friends bickering. "You sound like an old married couple." Finally Ron was quiet...until their turn came. They walked onto the platform and waited. "Ready?" Harry asked. "No" Ron answered. "Too bad!" Hermione shouted and pulled Harry and Ron down onto the seat just in time. Ron screamed like a girl for 13 seconds and finally stopped and looked around. 'Hey, this isn't so bad!" He said. Harry sighed, And Ron was silent as they enjoyed the ride.
"The whole resort looks really pretty from up here!" Hermione pointed out. "Look a reasturant!" Ron said, pointing to a swiss chalet on the ground. Then, he started to ramble on about what he was going to have for dinner. "Time to get off!" Hermione said, grinning. "How cruel of you not to mention this sooner, 'Mione!" Harry whispered, but Ron still heard him."Mention what?" He asked. "You have to jump" Harry & Hermione answered at the same time. Then, naturally, Ron went into panic mode. They were so close to the edge. "Ready..." Hermione taunted Ron, still grinning. "JUMP!" Harry shouted, and Harry and Hermione jumped off laughing. "See? that wasnt so bad Ron!" Harry said, turning around only to find that the ski lift had been stopped and Ron was still on it. "Get me down from here!" Ron pleaded. Harry and Hermione laughed so hard they couln't breathe. It was the most ridiculus thing that ever happened on vacation, and once they told the twins, they would never let Ron forget it.
