Harry walked into the Gryffindor common room ready for the awaiting bed in the boys dormitories, but before he could walk up the stairs someone in one of the chairs. caught his eye. It was Ginny, it looked like she had fallen asleep waiting for him. He walked over to her and knelt down in front of the chair in which she was sleeping. As he looked at her face still dirty from the battle and stained with tears. Harry touched her face as he did she opened her eyes slightly. Harry met her eyes directly starring into them " Hi." He said with a little smile. Ginny smiled back " Hi. How do you feel? Are you OK?" Harry's grin widen a little more and moved to where he was sitting on the chair with Ginny in his lap. He put his arms around her as she leaned back against him with her head on his shoulder. She smiled and rested her face against his neck. Harry waved his wand and a big thick red blanket appeared and laid over them. Ginny smiled again and snuggled closer to Harry." To answer your question. I feel very tired, exhausted actually. I'm glad all this is over. I'm ready to start living." Ginny look at his face" what do you mean 'start living'?" Harry laughed " I mean that I have done nothing but thinking of how I was going to beat Voldemort for the past seven years, and now that he's gone. I can finally think of other things." Looking at her while he said it." Like how to get you to take me back. To tell you that when I was out there I thought about you all the time, wondering if you were all right." Ginny was starring at him a smile on her face. She took his between her hands." I thought about you too. Thinking and worrying about you." She told him. Ginny kissed him lightly on the lips." And of course I will take you back. I love you, Harry." She said kissed him again, and Harry kissed back holding her tight around the waist. They came apart their fourheads touching. Harry said" I love you too, Ginny." Ginny laughed she leaned back and looked into Harry's beautiful green eyes that showed how tired he was." Harry let's get some sleep you do look exhausted." She got up taking Harry and the blanket to the big red couch, and laid beside each other." Good night Harry." She said as she snuggled against him. Harry wrapped his arms around her in kissed the top of her head, and laid back." Good night, Ginny" she laid her head up on Harry's chest and listen to his breathing fall into the slow rhythm of sleep and soon she followed.
