Why is it that everytime I try I fail
Even when I am so very frail
I don't like to trust
But I must
Only to you I will reveal
Only then I might just start to heal
There are walls and locks around my heart
Some think they are so smart
When faced with this adventure
Some back out afraid from the path ventured
Do Not Enter is one warning
But some only last til morning
Even now locked away
Are the thoughts of the eyes that are grey
Demons haunt that girl still
Demons to her that always will
I don't know how anyone can love her
or even why.
