Okay here is a quick Makorra oneshot I wrote In some spare time :3. Enjoy.

Mako panted heavily. Hunched over his pillow with silent tears from his sleep clinging to his cheeks. It seemed to real to be a dream. The four villains had successfully captured Korra and destroyed the only hope for the world. He watched it, Hopelessly thrashing and screaming but not moving an inch in his dream. He watched them kill her. "The age of the avatar was over" they said. He frantically screamed and pleaded but to no use. It was like he was invisible. Forced to watch even though he could do nothing .His panting subsided as inhaled a large breath. Laying back down in hopes to get more sleep and it almost worked until he heard a ear piercing scream he quickly distinguished as Korra's. Bolting from his bed he rushed down the corridor to Korra's room bursting in to see the waterbending villain in a fight with a groggy Korra. Before Mako could react one of her water wips nocked Korra hard against the back wall rendering her unconscious. The evil bender had no time to react, Mako had shot a large fire ball directly at her out of a fit of rage. Running to Korra's side, he scooped her up bridal style into his arms then bolted to the door. Dashing through the corridor and out the front doors he ran down the steps. Korra's lifeless form dangled in his arms. He made it half way down the street when he heard a large crash. He turned his head to look back seeing the water bender once again in hot pursuit. A drop of sweat rolled down his cheek. His lungs burned and his legs ached but he wouldn't give up. This time he would save the avatar...
