Meeting Elena and Gabby.

A/N: Modern AU.
Jacob 'Jake' Stuart sat on a park bench. His mother with him, reading a book. It was a nice day, one of those days where it was hot, but not very hot.
Soon, they heard laughing.
They looked up. Two girls, probably twins, about 6 or so, were swinging. Jake smiled, making his way over to them with his mother's help, and introduced himself.
The younger of the girls smiled, while the one who appeared to be the oldest hid her face in her mother's shirt.
"Elena, it's okay."
"Howdie, ma'am."
Nell and Jake soon introduced themselves, as did Gabby. Nell had to introduce Elena, who was still nervous.
"She has autism.", Nell explained.
Jake had never met anyone with that condition before, so, was at a loss as to what to say at this point.
Gabby saved him the trouble by explaining to him things Elena liked to do.
Later, the 3 of them swung for a bit, with Jake gently pushing Elena, who started to get use to him.
Soon, it was time to go. Gabby thought it'd be fun for Jake to see her house. Nell and Karan agreed.
Bobby Lee, Nell's husband was there as they later entered the house, taking to Jake right away. Elena began having odd feelings, Gabby knew what they meant, she was in love with Jake.
This was proven when Elena tried to kiss Jake. He didn't mind, but gently told her there was someone else.
"You love someone else?", She asked.
He showed her the photo of Sam, a redhead.
"What's Sam got that I don't got?", Elena asked, before grabbing the photo and tearing it up "Young lady, what the sam heck did you do that for!?", Jake yelled, causing her to cry. Jake had never raised his voice to anyone before now. Elena's actions had surprised him, shocked him even.
Nell worked on repairing the photo while Gabby helped Jake soothe Elena.
"Did you ahve to do that?"
"Yes, I did. You love her more then me."
"Sweetie, you can't force someone to love you like that.", He told her, hugging her, which calmed her down a bit.
"Yeah?"
"Yeah. I do love you, but as a friend, and, some day, you'll find someone for you."
"Yeah Elena, like how mommy found daddy.", Gabby smiled, chiming in.
"Really?"
"Yeah."
They had fun for the rest of the day, with Jake even playing with some of their things, and Elena being helped to understand how devices for the blind worked, which he showed the twins.
Soon, Karan picked Jake up, with the twins hugging him good bye.
They hoped, and were sure they'd meet again some day, and that it would be soon.
