Inuyasha, Kagome, Miroku, Sango, Kirara, and Shippo were walking, minding their own business, when they heard a man scream, "AAHHH, HELP, HELP, I'M BEING ATTACKED, HELP". They saw him in the distance, Sesshomaru was standing over him with his sword to a man's throat. "Sesshomaru" yelled Inuyasha. "So, I see you have got someone's attention" said Sesshomaru to the man on the ground. "Let him go" yelled Inuyasha. Sesshomaru removes his sword from the man's throat and the man runs off, Inuyasha pulls out his sword. "So here we are again" said Inuyasha. Inuyasha runs towards Sesshomaru welding his sword, he tries to hit him with the sword but Sesshomaru dodged it. A while later Sesshomaru is gone. During the battle, Sango took off on Kirara, because she saw something in the distance and she hasn't come back yet. Inuyasha is lying on the ground covered in blood and wounds. "INUYASHA" screamed Kagome as she ran up to Inuyasha's side and kneeled down next to him. "Kagome…" whispered Inuyasha as he put his hand on hers. "Inuyasha, are you ok" whispered Kagome. "I'll be fine, but you and Miroku have to go find Sango" said Inuyasha. "I'm not leaving you" said Kagome. "But Miroku needs your help to find her" said Inuyasha. Kagome stood up and walked towards Miroku. "Let's go" said Kagome. Miroku, Shippo, and Kagome left and Inuyasha tried to sit up but he couldn't. "Hurry" whispered Inuyasha, but no one heard him.
A little while later, Miroku, Shippo, and Kagome returned, Miroku was carrying Sango on his back, she was unconscious. Inuyasha was barley alive. Kagome ran up to his side. "Are you ok" said Kagome. "I have one last thing to tell you before I die" whispered Inuyasha. "What" cried Kagome. "I…I…I love you" said Inuyasha with his last breath. Kagome leaned over Inuyasha as she cried. "I love you too" said Kagome as she cried, she thought he was dead. "K…Kagome" whispered Inuyasha. "Inuyasha, you're ok" said Kagome with joy.
Kagome went home to get some more bandages for Inuyasha's wounds, she stood by the sacred tree and asked herself, "Is this what true love feels like".
