Hey! This is my first Fanfiction ever! I know it's pretty close to Twilight. The story behind this novel is that I had a weird dream about this particular scene. I wrote it down; this is not the first chapter: it's just a taste of a further chapter. Hope you like!

4. Venom

I dragged Edward through the door, on to the cold metal stairs. He was a lot sturdier than I am and didn't move as quickly as I wanted him to. I could hear the faint footsteps searching. Searching for me. I didn't have enough time. I glanced at him pleadingly.

"Edward. I need your help right now," I tried to whisper, but to me it sounded like yelling.

"Anything. Within reason, okay?"

"I need you to pretend to be turning me into a vampire," I said quickly staring into his eyes trying to see what he was thinking.

"Okay, get on the floor," His strong voice said sounding like he was in pain. I laid down on the hard surface prepared for what I was about to do. I will admit it. I was terrified. I had to try though. I trusted him. I felt him get on his knees over my body. He brought his head over my face so he could look at me.

"I'm going to try Bella. I don't know how much control I have," His gold eyes stared into my brown.

"I'm sorry," He whispered.

Then his lips crushed mine and I could feel his urgency. It could be our last. I pulled myself into it, forgetting where I was. The footsteps brought me back to the horrible reality of things.

"Go. Please," I said breathing heavy. I pulled his mouth to my neck. He moved to get closer then hesitated.

"Hurry we don't have enough time!" I exclaimed looking through the small window that led into the apartment. Two pale figures were in my room looking around. I shut my eyes as his cold lips met my neck. He was kissing it. I stayed very still. Then I felt sharp teeth on my neck brushing it, not biting. On cue I opened my eyes fiercely and gazed at the ceiling trying to look like the 'pain' in my neck was agonizing. Out of the corner of my eye I saw the faces. The whites around their eyes had turned blood red, as if all the blood vessels in their eyes had broken. I felt the teeth digging into my neck as the faces disappeared. I cried out.

"Edward!" I gasped closing my eyes again. He continued to bite. And bite. And bite…
