Vegeta's Pride



I stand here in the sun

My fists are ready

I will not run

I'll keep it steady

My enemy will go down



The heat is nothing

In my enemy's weak eyes

I can see something

They tell no lies

He is afraid, I know



He lunges toward me

I sense his force

Then I punch him quickly

I feel no remorse

Mistakes? I make none



But then I feel pain

I can feel it inside

On my shirt is a bloodstain

This I can't hide

What is wrong?



I can sense no more

On and on I feel the pain

My heart feels like it's torn

Like the force of pounding rain

I try to get up

But my body won't move
