Disclaimer: Not mine, the outfit is though- maybe not exactly but anyway...

A/N: I don't know how many people are familiar with the concept of Christmas in July (our Swiss exchange student wasn't) but well, the name says it all. See down here in Oz it's hot for Christmas and a lot of people don't feel like it's Christmas until it's cold... so we have Christmas in July.

"C'mon, it'll be fun!" Abby said excitedly to Ziva.

"I do not know..." She thought for a moment.

"C'mon Ziva, it's no fun going alone."
"Fine."

Abby and Ziva entered the shopping mall and looked around, it was stock take time and everyone was having sales.

"Ooooh!" Abby exclaimed. "Christmas store."

Ziva looked at Abby puzzled, "I thought you had Christmas in December."
"We do." Ziva started to look more puzzled. "Have you ever heard of Christmas in July?" The blank look on Ziva's face indicated that she hadn't. "Basically we have Christmas, but in July."
"But, why?"

"Because it's Christmas and you can never have too many. C'mon!" Abby said while yanking Ziva in to the Christmas clearance store.

Half an hour and half a shopping cart full later Abby spotted a Mrs Clause outfit.

"Ziva look at this."

"It is a costume, yes?"

"Well duh, it's a Mrs Clause outfit."

"Who?"
"Mrs Clause, you know Santa's wife."

"What ever you say Abby." Ziva said returning to the conversation she was having with the store manager.

"Ziva you left before I could give you this." Abby said while walking over to Ziva who was standing next to her car in the parking garage.

"You bought me a Mrs Clause outfit."

"You don't like it." The smile started to slide off the Goth's face.

"Oh, no, really I do, it, it is lovely. Thankyou Abby." Slowly the smile started to return to Abby's face.

"So we still on for tonight?" Tony asked. Ziva had offered to cook him dinner that night, roast turkey.

"Oh, yeah."

Ziva sang along to one her Hebrew songs as she prepared their meal. She picked up the gravy to see if it was ready or not when suddenly her phone vibrated, startling her and causing her to spill the gravy down her dress.

"Dammit!" She opened her phone to look at the text 'will b there in 10'.

Great she thought, ten minutes to get ready but she didn't have anything else to wear, unless. Where was it, she'd brought it up with her, on her bed.

The Mrs Clause outfit, she got it out of the bag and threw it on. Long sleeves, short length, a pair of green tights to go with it and if she wore her boots with it... She could call it Christmas in July and get away with it.

A few minutes later there was a knock at the door.

"Zeeeeeeevaaaaaaah." Tony sang through the door. "Wow!" He was unable to hide his excitement as Ziva opened the door dressed in a Mrs Clause outfit. "Ziva you look... wow."

"Thank you, I think..."
"You know Christmas is in December right?"

"This is Christmas in July."

"Oh, ok."

After the meal and many glasses of wine Tony asked something he had been thinking the entire night: "If this is Christmas in July, then what's my present?"

Ziva walked off to her bedroom. "You coming? She asked. Tony jumped out of his seat in record time. "Can you help me undo the back?" She asked.

Tony was exceptionally happy the next day at work until McGee broke him out of his reverie. "Hey, do you think Mrs Clause could be a Goth?" He asked.

A/N: Yeah, I know, it's not that good but please review. Reviews can be my presents.
