Finally ending another rough case it was off to the bar for the team. It was quite a party going on there since the new owner brought in a new karaoke machine for new customers but they didn't mind. They grabbed their regular booth and ordered their drinks.
" Three beers, one scotch, two pina coladas and whatever the beautiful lady next to me wants." shooting a sweet smile her way.
"Such a charmer." she shook her head at him and rolled her eyes "um I'll have a slow screw"
"Your wish is my command baby girl!" he gave her a little wink "I don't know how slow I can be with you looking at me like that though."
"Don't worry stud, I can keep up." scrunching up her nose in a cute playful way
"Ugh you two need to get a room!" JJ humored as everyone laughed at the two of them
"Maybe later" they both said in unison continuing the laughter

Twenty minutes later and a couple of more drinks Derek was tired of the annoying "wannabe singers" that were doing karaoke so he decided it was his turn to show him how to do it.
"excuse me baby girl I will be right back." he got up quickly before she could ask any questions and he went up to the mic and chose a song. The music started to play
